What is SSD Alliance

The purpose for establishing Solid State Drive Alliance (SSDA) is to define, integrate and promote the SSD Compliance Standard. SSD is the emerging data storage device technology. With rising numbers of product developers plunge into SSD manufacturing, Product Compliance and Quality Standard have become the primary concern and may lead to potential risks in a near future market place. SSDA is not intending to compete or replace with all other existing third-party entities dedicated in Nand Flash / SSD technology. Our goal is to initialize and create an industry acknowledgeable Compliance Program in accordance with the test platform standard defined through leaders of industry professionals.
